STUDIO POLICIES

 

On-Going Lesson Billing:

The credit card you provide will be automatically billed monthly on the date you choose upon enrollment starting on the month your scheduled lessons begin. Any NSF incidents will incur an additional $25 fee per incident. If payment cannot be processed lessons will be suspended until a successful payment can be made. Suspended lessons will be treated as *missed lessons.

Cancellation Policy:

24hr. notice by is required to cancel a scheduled vocal coaching lesson or artist consult. It is your responsibility to notify your instructor by email or text at least 24hrs by email before your scheduled lesson and schedule a makeup lesson within two weeks of the scheduled lesson or it will be forfeited. *Missed lessons without 24hr. notice are do not qualify for rescheduling.  Rescheduled lessons must be made within the month (or within two weeks if the missed lesson falls in the last week of a month)

If a lesson must be canceled by the teacher you will be offered the option for a rescheduled lesson within the month or a refund of the lesson. 

Credited makeup lessons due to internet connectivity problems are issued at the teachers discretion. Please make sure your equipment and your connection is working before your lesson.

 

To cancel ongoing lessons you must fill out a cancellation form online at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. For example, lessons canceled between May 1st-30th will be scheduled and billed through June 30th. 

 

To cancel your ongoing payment:

  1. Login to your Paypal account
  2. Click on ‘Profile’ (the top menu word)
  3. Click on ‘My Money’ in the left sidebar
  4. Look for ‘My Preapproved Payments’ in the main list and click ‘Update’
  5. Look for ‘TheVoiceClub’ in the list
  6. If it doesn’t say ‘canceled’, click the name for a new page
  7. Under Status, click ‘cancel’

 

Holidays:

Ongoing sessions take into consideration a varying number or weeks per month and all major US holidays (days on which the majority of public schools are closed).   THE STUDIO IS CLOSED MAJOR US HOLIDAYS: Labor Day, the 4th of July, Halloween and Veterans Day.  It is also closed the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
