Kim Snyder is a certified vocal instructor with a background in classical training, rock belting and Speech Level Singing. She’s also made her living as a session and live vocalist and voice talent from the age of 15. And that requires a voice that will last.

Learn to remove pain & strain, reach way more notes, gain power and control, and remove the things that stand in the way of having your best voice ever!

Many instructors can teach you to style for a specific genre.  Kim Snyder has professionally performed and teaches pop, rock, jazz, blues, country, classical…basically everything but death metal.

But we want you to go beyond a genre to developing your own unique sound.  We’ll teach you how to make any song your own.

It doesn’t get much more convenient than coaching one on one from the comfort of your home. 

Some students study in other places like in the Starbucks parking lot, a hotel when on the road or anywhere they find wifi.

And when wifi just isn’t an option you can still have your session.  Just provide us a number and we’ll do it over the phone.  Now THAT’s convenient!

We will call you via Skype at your scheduled time. Just make sure you’re connected a minute or two before your lesson time. It’s rare that connection issues cause too many problems. If connection issues are unresolvable we can continue or start the lessons on a land or cell phone just as effectively.

Most connection issues can be prevented by following the list below:

It’s always best to restart your computer before your scheduled time and avoid starting any other programs, especially your email program.

If you share your DSL with other electronic devices in your home (cable tv, etc.) your video will be higher quality if others are not accessing programming at the same time as your Skype call. If you have a connection speed of over 10mbs this shouldn’t be a problem.

Most standard wifi connections allow for video chatting and running a karaoke track from itunes or youtube without any trouble. 

You can record Skype audio FREE with this application for Mac or PC.

You can record your Skype session and keep it as a video file with a simple, cheap application called Call Recorder (Mac). It’s under $20 and offers a free trial (records up to 15 min).

If you want to record video on your PC, try the Supertintin Skype Call Recorder ($30) or Pamela ($25) Their free version records up to 15min.

If you need to cancel your subscription, we won’t hold it against you.    Just let us know and we’ll send you a step-by-step list to do so easily.  In the meantime, if any subscription payments sneak through once you’ve notified us we’ll happily refund them.

To change to another lesson plan option just revisit this page and sign up for the option you’d like to change to.  You won’t need to fill out the complete student info form, just your name and preferred times/days if different from your previous time.
